- The late Hon. Mr. Justice Isaac Isaiah Chibulu Tantameni Chali, aged 66, passed away on the 9th of March 2018 at Care for Business Hospital in Lusaka. At the time of his death, the late Hon. Mr. Justice Chali was Judge-in-Charge of the High Court for Zambia at Kitwe. See Burial Programme
