This Service Charter is, therefore, designed as an information kit for the Supreme Courts’ users, particularly those who institute and pursue proceedings in person. It is not intended to be exhaustive but highlights the significant aspects in the practice and procedure of the Court as it relates to such Court users. We are, however, hopeful that other Court users will find the Charter useful.
