The Council of Law Reporting (Council) is a statutory body established under Chapter 46 of the Laws of Zambia and is mandated to publish the Zambia Law Reports, which constitute the official and authoritative law reports of the Republic of Zambia.
This decision is the product of the Council of Law Reporting (the “Council”) and the copyright therein reposes in the Council. No part of this decision may be altered, edited, reproduced, adapted, or otherwise modified without the prior written permission of the Council.
