Hon. Mr. Justice Vincent Sililo Siloka was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court of Zambia on 27th May 2026. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Judge of the Economic and Financial Crimes Division of the High Court, appointed to the Bench on 23rd April 2023.
Justice Siloka holds a Master of Laws in Constitutional and Election Law a Bachelor of Laws, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Zambia, and a Diploma in Education from Nkrumah Teachers’ Training? College. He was admitted to the Bar in 2008.
Before his appointment to the High Court Bench, Justice Siloka served as Registrar of the Local Court from 2020 to 2023, Principal Resident Magistrate at Kasama Subordinate Court from 2012 to 2020, Resident Magistrate at Chingola Subordinate Court from 2008 to 2012, Magistrate Class II at Chingola Subordinate Court from 2006 to 2008, and Intern at Lukona Chambers from 2005 to 2006.
Before entering legal practice, he served as a Teacher of History and Civics at Naboye Secondary School from 1994 to 2005.
Justice Siloka has also served as District Registrar in Kasama, Chairperson of the Co-ordination, Communication and Co-operation Initiative, and Chairperson of the Child Justice Forum in both Kasama and Chingola.
